The app sends nothing

Dream Art Fields runs on your computer. Your prompts, uploads and outputs never leave it, and the app sends no analytics or telemetry. It goes online only to download models from their publishers and, if you use it, to check for a newer version (a plain request for a small public file, with no account or licence data in it). The licence check runs offline.

What this website and the purchase handle

• Payment: Stripe handles checkout. Stripe receives your card details, name, email and billing address; we never see your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to what it processes as a controller.
• Your licence: we store the name on the licence, your email address, the licence id and the Stripe payment references, so that we can re-send the licence, process refunds and keep our accounts. They are stored with Upstash (a Redis database) in an EU region.
• Email: if licence emails are switched on, Resend sends the licence to your email address.
• Hosting: Vercel serves this site and keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security.

Legal basis: performing the contract (delivering your licence), legal obligations (bookkeeping: Swedish law requires accounting records to be kept for seven years), and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud. Stripe, Vercel, Upstash and Resend process data for these purposes. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the provider's EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and ads

By default this site sets no tracking cookies and loads nothing from third parties. The only thing stored in your browser is your cookie choice, if you are asked for one.

If we advertise, we may turn on advertising pixels (Meta, Google, Reddit or TikTok) to see which ads bring visitors and purchases. They load only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; “Decline” is always one click and leaves them off. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Turned on right now: none.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion (where the law does not make us keep it), and object to processing. Write to info@yambacode.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) or the authority where you live.
