Licence terms
Version 1.0, in force from 5 November 2026.
These terms are between you and YambaCode AB, Stockholm, Sweden (“we”; details on the contact and imprint page). They apply when you buy a licence for Dream Art Fields (the “Software”).
1. What you buy
A licence to install and use the Software: the version current on the date of purchase, plus every version we release during your update period of twelve (12) months from that date.
2. Perpetual use
Your licence to use every version released on or before the end of your update period never expires. The Software checks your licence file offline and does not stop working when the update period ends.
3. Updates after the update period
Versions released after your update period ends are not included. The Software and its installer will tell you so and keep your covered versions working. You may buy another twelve (12) months of updates at any time for USD 69. Renewal is optional and never automatic. A renewal runs from the end of your current update period, or from the date you buy it if that period has already ended.
4. Commercial use
You may use the Software, and the images, video and audio you make with it, for personal and commercial purposes, including client work, subject to section 5.
5. Model licences
The Software does not include AI model weights. On first run it downloads open models from their publishers. Each model is licensed to you by its publisher, under its own licence, which you accept when you download it. In particular:
- The commercial profile contains only models whose licences, as we read them, allow commercial use. The app lists each model with its licence before you download it.
- Some models in the commercial profile have conditions, for example the LTX-2 Community License (free for entities below USD 10 million annual revenue; above that you need a licence from Lightricks) and use restrictions in the Gemma Terms of Use and the OpenRAIL++-M licence. You must follow them.
- Non-commercial models can be downloaded only after you confirm personal, non-commercial use. You may not use them, or their outputs, commercially.
- We do our best to keep the list accurate, but model publishers can change their terms. When we learn of a change, we update the list. You are responsible for following the licence that applies to the models you use; our list is a help, not legal advice.
6. Seats
One licence is for one person. You may install the Software on up to two computers you own, used by you. For a team, buy one licence per person.
7. What you may not do
- Share, sell or publish your licence file, or remove the licence check.
- Use the Software to make unlawful content, content that sexualises minors, or intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person, or to impersonate a real person without their consent. The Software blocks these, and the block cannot be turned off.
- Break the law or the model licences in section 5.
8. Your content and privacy
The Software runs on your computer. We do not receive your prompts, uploads or outputs. Whether AI outputs are protected by copyright depends on the law where you live; we make no promise about it. See privacy.
9. Open-source components
The Software uses open-source components, each under its own licence, listed in the third-party notices shipped with the app. Some run as separate programs installed from their publishers (for example ComfyUI, GPL-3.0).
10. Refunds
If the Software does not run on your computer, you may ask for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase; your licence file then stops being valid. This is in addition to your statutory rights. See the refund policy. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may also withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days, for any reason. We do not ask you to give up this right at checkout. To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@yambacode.com; you do not have to use a particular form. We repay you within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, by the payment method you used.
11. Warranty and liability
Dream Art Fields is early-access software built on open AI models. Outputs can be wrong or unexpected, and how fast it runs depends on your computer. If you are a consumer, you keep every right the law where you live gives you, including the right to software that matches what we promised and to a remedy if it does not; nothing in these terms limits those rights. If you buy as a business, the Software is provided as it is, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the licence, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
Swedish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). Disputes with business buyers are decided by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
