Money back if it does not run

If Dream Art Fields does not run on your PC, you get a full refund. Ask within 14 days of purchase.

This is early access: it is tested on an RTX 5090 (32 GB); 24 GB of VRAM is recommended and 16 GB is limited. If it does not run on your card, that is exactly what this refund is for.

Pre-orders

If you bought a pre-order (your licence now, the signed Windows installer later), you can get a full refund at any time before we deliver the signed installer, and for 14 days after we email it to you.

How to ask

1. Email info@yambacode.com, from the address you paid with, or with your licence id (it starts with DAF-).
2. Tell us briefly what happened. If you can, attach the system check report from the app; it helps us fix the problem for the next person. It is not a condition for the refund.

We refund the full price, including tax, to the payment method you used, through Stripe. It usually reaches you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to the licence

A refunded licence is no longer valid: please stop using the Software and delete the licence file. The app checks licences offline, so this relies on your honesty, and we trust you.

Your statutory rights

This refund comes on top of your rights as a consumer and does not limit them. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, for any reason. We do not ask you to give up this right at checkout. To use it, send a clear statement to info@yambacode.com; you do not have to use a particular form. We repay you within 14 days of receiving it, by the payment method you used.
